Stop the Bleed® & Trauma-Response Training
Purpose: Lifesaving skills training for the public.
Summary:
Our hands-on Stop the Bleed® workshops teach participants how to take immediate, effective action during a life-threatening bleeding emergency.
Classes are open to all ages and backgrounds and are available in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
We bring training to schools, churches, workplaces, and community centers — making preparedness accessible to everyone.

Post-Heroic Action Support
Purpose: Emotional care for bystanders and responders.
Summary:
When someone steps forward to help in a crisis, the experience can leave lasting emotional effects.
Our Post-Heroic Action Support program offers a safe, confidential space to talk, process, and find healing.
Supports Include:
• One-on-one debrief sessions
• Peer reflection circles
• Faith-optional, trauma-informed discussion guides
• Referrals to counseling or mental health services

Post-Trauma Peer Circles
Purpose: Long-term community healing.
Summary:
Healing takes time, and no one should walk that path alone.
Peer Circles connect those who have experienced trauma or participated in trainings, creating a supportive community of understanding and care.

• Monthly virtual or in-person gatherings
Continuous Education & Resource Hub
Purpose: Lifelong learning for readiness and resilience.
